2002 7.3L dies when it wants and then needs 30 mins or so to restart???

Oil was changed recently.  Has 65K miles. Replaced the Cam Position Sensor.  Drained water fuel valve.  Cleaned battery terminals.

And still....when I drive it it will just turn off completely and then will not restart for approx 30 mins.  The longer I let it sit the longer it seems to run for too. 

ANY IDEAS PLEASE....


Codes prior to CPS were 381, 1209, 1212, 340, 1211, 670.  Since then we reset them and none have returned anlthough the problem is still there!!!

Let me know what you find out mine is doing the same thing. Ive done all the above, even changed fuel pump. Ran great for about 6 months now its doing it again.
