We offer a high
quality aluminized steel and T-304 stainless steel 4” exhaust
system for the
1999-2003 Powerstroke F-series and Excursions with 7.3 liter
Powerstroke 2003-2004 Powerstroke F-series and
Excursions with 6.0L Powerstroke
1994-2003 Dodge Ram with 5.9 Cummins
2001-2004 GM Pick up with 6.6 liter Duramax
Each kit consists of 4” piping, high flow muffler (see through)
and chrome 5" tailpipe. All bends are mandrel bent to improve
exhaust flow and decrease exhaust heat which provides greater
performance.

Exhaust system - Dual
5” tip
Exhaust system - Dual 5” tip Available for the 1999-2003 (7.3 liter)
Powerstroke F-series. This system is constructed of a high quality
aluminized steel. The turbo down pipe is 3.5" (optional 4" available) and
once it clears the firewall it expands to 4" diameter. It remains 4"
through the entire system and then splits into two 4" pipes after the
high flow muffler. From there, the two massive 5" chrome tips are added
and exits in front of the right rear tire. Since the most restrictive
section of the exhaust system is removed (over rear axle), this mandrel
bent system greatly improves the exhaust flow and decrease exhaust
temperatures which provides greater performance.
